Abstract

The article presents the using of stylistic-colored English vocabulary in the texts of informational style, the most frequent semantic groups of uzual anglisms and their functional-pragmatic potential are also determined. Okkazional anglisms are considered as a special type of borrowings, which are characterized by larger expressive potential than uzual ones, and which have a great influence on the culture of speech.
