In this direction only a few researches have been made. As a result of generalization and systematization of material on the subject object, goal, tasks, functions and methodology of this branch of science teaching have been identified. In determining its essential attributes, it has been assumed that methods share the same object with didactics – learning process, therefore there is no need to isolate object jurisprudential didactics artificially. It has been stated that this science is applied by nature, its subject has been described as the study of peculiarities of teaching law, teaching study is focused on functional systems. Methods of teaching law have been defined as teaching science, which: 1) explores: law as a subject, school law as a set of relevant subjects, courses invariant and variable parts of the curriculum for pre profile training and vocational training; patterns of the learning process of law; especially the development of cognitive interest of students in law; mastering the specific content of the school legal education, training jurisprudential material forming conceptual apparatus, the subject of legal skills, values of students in the learning process of law; 2) develops goals, learning content of law, its psychological, educational, scientific, methodological support. The purpose of jurisprudential didactics has been considered in the theoretical and practical aspects and detailed in the task of developing, systematization, organizing, testing, checking in practice the truth of scientific knowledge about the purpose, content, methods, forms, learning outcome of law. The purpose of this science has been highlighted through a wide range of functions. The attention has been paid to its social function. We have described the methodological basis of research in this field of study. Promising research directions in this analysis consider the degree of elaboration of categorialconceptual apparatus, scientific and academic literature, the genesis of this science.</p>}, journal={Educational Dimension}, author={Рябовол, Лілія Тарасівна}, year={2017}, month={Apr.}, pages={125–136} }
