Nominative function of anglisms of different semantic groups in the texts of publicistic style

Abstract

The article presents the most frequency semantic groups of English borrowings, typical for publicistic texts, their nominative function and peculiarities of using of  each semantic group while comparing with texts of other styles. The influence of anglisms on lexical system of Ukrainian language is also presented in the work.
