Abstract

The essence of the term «facilitation», the meaning of the facilitate technology in forming condescending, creative and critical thinking are uncovered in the article. The main qualities of the teacher-facilitator are determined: attractiveness, assertiveness and tolerance. The necessary for organization of discussion skills are characterized.
