Abstract

Kormilets S. V. Features of physical fitness and extracurricular activities in the cadet corps: in the nineteenth to early twentieth century.

The article is devoted to the study of issues related to the organization of fitness and physical development of students of cadet’s schools in the territories of the Russian Empire in the Ukrainian region of the XIX – early XX centuries. The basic stages in the development of the system of physical exercises contribute to the improvement of the physical development of cadets, the future officers. Discloses certain aspects of after-school club in military schools.
