Abstract

Sushko V. V., Yelchaninova T. M. Ensuring the development of personal abilities of gifted and talented children in the modern school.

In the article basics of modern understanding of concept giftedness and features of the cognitive and emotional-volitional sphere of the child with a certain type of giftedness are examined. It is accented on the need of psychological and pedagogical support of gifted pupils. The author emphasizes the necessity of developmental work from the first years of training. Recommendations for teachers concerning with actions for creative personality development are offered.
