The article regarded the main communicative demands, which are important for nurses in Great Britain for working with old patients and psychotic people. There given the meaning of the terms «a communicative culture» and «a communicative training». The main recommendations, which are acceptable for working of nurses in Ukraine with old patients and psychotic people are determined.
