The goal of the article is justification of the instrumental training structure of Chinese students in the system of musical and pedagogical education in Ukraine, which synthesizes the motivational-activity, emotional-reflective, intellectually-evaluative components. It was determined that the motivational-activity component stimulates the development of different motivations: motives, needs, interests, aspirations, goals, adjusts their positive attitude to the performance at school; emotional-reflective component involves the development of emotional-sensual sphere of students, their ability to experience deep spiritual values embodied in artistic images; intellectually-evaluative component provides conditions for self-development, self-expression of students, providing them with opportunities to express themselves in performance, communication and music cognition. Analytical function is performed intellectually-evaluative component, which is manifested in a wide array of analysis and objective evaluation of artistic phenomena, the results of performing activity, analytical understanding of the pedagogical action and correction of their own learning activities. Presented components expose different sides of the instrumental training of teachers of musical art. They provide an opportunity to study and appreciate the complexity and diversity of this process, the effectiveness of which largely depends on the created pedagogical conditions and sound principles. Their rationale can be dirrected to areas of further research.
