In the article the technology of the future teachers’ readiness formation to the conflicts prevention and resolution has been grounded. The following stages of this technology have been separated and characterized. They are motivational and value, content and operational, personal and developmental. Stages of technology of the future teachers’ readiness formation to conflicts prevention and resolution determine the dynamic nature of the model of the future teachers’ readiness formation to the conflicts prevention and resolution among students.
