The article dwells upon scientifically grounded objective, goal and ways of future teachers' education-and-research activities organization concerning the new educational paradigm which is realized through overcoming the formality factor in educational process as well as positive motivation formation with students, and instructing them to pursue scientific work, involving them into education-and-research activities on systematic basis.
