This article represents an overview and analysis of cause and consequence relations in aviation accidents and perspective of risk management system for accidents prevention, and also research results in the formation of psychological professional reliability of the flight crew, which predefines the need for further gradual research of prolonged professional psychological selection in training of future pilots as an educational problem.
