Abstract

Bugra A. V. Psychological and educational features of students’ self-study activity in learning mathematical disciplines.

The didactic features of mathematical disciplines at higher technical educational institutions are analyzed. Psychological and educational factors influencing the success of students’ self-study activity in learning mathematical disciplines are revealed (variance in levels of training and motivation to study mathematics, special aspects of first year students’ adaptation to the learning environment in higher technical education, learning styles). The author proved the necessity for individualization of students’ self-study activity in learning mathematics.
