This article presents the issue related to student-teacher
interaction during the process of temporary switch to online learning
format. Different evaluation of the quality of the communication between
teachers and pupils was noted. The results of the empirical research showed
multi-vectorism in evaluation of the relevance of online learning within the
educational realm of modern schools. Advantages and disadvantages of
online learning format are presented. The degree of connection between
the crisis phenomena and the general psychological state of young people
has been clarified. Current research on the problem of distance learning is
analyzed. Prospects for further research on the level of interaction in the
system “teacher-student” are outlined
