У статті виокремлено нові напрями реалізації мобільності студентів, аспірантів та викладачів у Європейському освітньо-науковому просторі, застосування яких в Україні
сприятиме підвищенню конкурентоздатності вітчизняної системи освіти. Особливу увагу приділено шляхам розв’язання проблеми «витоку мізків»
