The motivational ensuring professional training of engineers￾teachers of a motor transportation profile

Abstract

In article factors which promote formation of appropriate students’ motivation to professional education are defined. It is accented on need of
introduction in a practice of means that stimulate the students’ interest in the content of the auto business’ disciplines and allow to realize themselves in the
future as expert of the motor transportation sphere, the teacher of professional education and the teacher of all-technical disciplines.
Is shown, the prime task of the teacher is determination of initial level of students’ knowledge in the auto business’ sphere, and also level and sources of
their interest in automotive vehicles and it is concrete – to certain knots and units of the car, the method of its operation. Determination of the volume of initial
knowledge of the theory and a design of the car is rather important for the further creation of educational trajectories of the student. Identification of the level of student basic knowledge on the higher mathematics and other all-technical disciplines is also necessary.In article elements of a technique of the organization students’ research work in the auto business’ sphere and ways of her stimulation are revealed. Treat them: the participation in different competitions and the Olympic Games, implementation of academic year and degree projects by request of the enterprises, acquaintance with autobiographies of the known auto makers, studying on special courses of the history of development of the automotive vehicles.In article means of formation at students of basic knowledge, abilities to the analysis and introduction of the most urgent achievements in the automotive industry of the last decades are defined; approaches to creation of content of auto business disciplines and basic special courses are revealed.As the result of long-term an author’s work, it is given a scope of a degree and course researches of students of engineering and pedagogical specialties that cover a wide range of urgent problems of modern motor transportation sphere.The conclusion does that the developed students’ motivations to auto business disciplines provides for them to get considerable rofessional and scientific experience for further productive work both in professional and in scientific spheres.
