The issue of the content of shcoll text books in national pedagogy (the late 40’s and early XXI century): pecualirities and stages of creation text books

Abstract

The educational process, with the strengthening of its role for the update of  the state and the democratic transitions, requires the educational community to rethink its content. Present days determine the formation of new approaches in education and new requirements for training means, including educational materials among which school textbook holds an important place. Modern domestic educational discourse has an acute problem of the compiling of the textbooks in accordance with current social changes. In the article, in the context of current reformation of the educational paradigm in the line with the state's European integration,the process of textbook becoming as an important part of educational system has been analyzed. In order to determine the main ways of creating the concept of a modern textbook which meets the needs and requirements of national education, in the article the attention has been drawn to the existing approaches to the textbook redaction, attention has benn focused on the trends in the textbooks compiling on various stages of domestic education. Through the analysis and synthesis an attempt has been made to lookback to the textbook establishment, the main stages in textbooks creation have been singled out  in the chronological range from the late 40’s to the present days. In conclusions, further ways have been outlined to upgrade  textbooks in the  context of the progressive state’s changes.
