The paper proposes to differentiate between individual and social good in the philosophical systems by Plato and Aristotle. According to the author’s view it is difficult to indicate such a differentiation in the works of the ancient authors, nevertheless it can be rather productive if one takes into account that these works give rise to the tradition of an advantage of individual good over the social one.Downloads
