The use of innovative forms of methodical work with young teachers to ensure their academic growth

Abstract

The article discloses the opportunities, trends and advantages of use of innovative forms of methodical work on the basis of analysis of scientific literature to ensure the pedagogical growth of young teachers in the school mentoring system. There were analyzed the basic information, perspectives and examples of the use of different and innovative forms of mentor's work with the young specialist that provides professional adaptation to the educational environment, stimulates the need for self-improvement, promotes professional and personal development. The result of this research is the creation of a flexible and mobile system of mentoring, using a variety of forms of methodical work, namely theoretical and practical seminars or webinars, methodical decades, festivals, discussions, gatherings, brain rings, science days, the panorama of methodological findings, video training, creation of portfolio, professional blog or website of young teacher, the defense of project at the time of attending distance learning course and others. Practical value of the study is that the use of innovative forms of methodical work contribute to the practical and theoretical development of basics of teaching activities, the development of the program for their own professional growth, development of innovative trends in education, and preparation for the upcoming certification on training etc. The study concluded that the introduction of a system of mentoring in work with young specialists will enable the heads of educational institutions, their teachers quickly and efficiently solve the tasks of professional development, to assist them in organizing themselves to enhance their professional competence. Also identified promising directions for future educational research, namely: the creation of a technique of use of innovative technologies for the development of creative potential and provide pedagogical growth of young teachers.
