Formation of psychological competences for work in a new Ukrainian school

The article describes one of the effective methods of preparing
a future teacher for work in a new Ukrainian school - the development of
creative thinking. A compendious overview of scientific publications on the
problem is given. The basic criteria of creative thinking are indicated: speed,
flexibility, originality. A short description of the structure of the development
program is given: a lecture block, practical classes, training sessions, exercises
for independent study. The main contents of lectures, training sessions, the
possibility of independent development of creative thinking are substantiated
briefly. The effectiveness of interactive means of creative thinking development
is proved.
